- To order outfits, please go to the order outfit tab and go through the necessary steps. An email will be sent with all the details. You are more than welcome to follow up and send more information about your design , budget and when you need the outfits by.

- Please be realistic and place the order accordingly. We always recommend giving at least a 30 day buffer to get your outfits done properly. Smaller quantities usually take less time.

- Always note that prices vary due to the increased cost of labor, fuel charges and the type of outfit you order. The more expensive the cloth and embroidery, the more your outfit will cost. We at bhangraavenue will recommend the best alternatives and work with you to keep everything under your budget.

Make sure you are very clear on the instruments you want to get. Once you have purchased the instruments,
please add the right address to where we would need to ship your instruments.
Do note that we do not accept any P.O Box address for shipment

Outfits
Once all the details of the order are received, you will receive an email to discuss the order and clarify any details. The order will be taken to a tailor for an estimate. You will receive a breakdown of the cost including shipping. Once that is accepted, a deposit will be made and the work will start. You will receive pictures and other details along the way till your outfit is ready. Once done, they will be shipped with you with a tracking number. A payment needs to be made before
*PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES IN OUTFIT REQUESTS, THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT WILL BE CHARGED ONCE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
Instruments
Once your information is received, the order will be submitted to our shipping department. It will take around 3 days to ship the order and another 5 – 10 days for it to reach you. Outfits
Outfits are made from the finest materials. Any material can be used depending on the demand. Satin, pure crape, or cotton with silk designs are a new trend for this upcoming season. -
Instruments
Instruments are ordered from a very well known manufacturer who is one of the top manufacturers in the bhangra industry. Sapps are made from pure black tali wood. Dhols can be ordered in fiber, shesum wood, black tali, etc. All of the instruments are guaranteed to be of the best quality. We personally inspect the instruments to make sure they are exactly what you are looking for.

Types of Shipping
- 7 day UPS Delivery with tracking code - This is mostly used for normal orders
- 3 day UPS Delivery with tracking code - This is for rush delivery and is a bit more expensive. Weekends are not included.
Returns
If an instrument or outfit is not to your satisfactory when it has arrived, please take a picture and send us an email stating the reasons. There are rare cases where instruments come damaged and we will either send you a new replacement or refund you within 15 days. Please note that outfits are sent with the sizes you have mentioned. If an error has been made from your side, bhangraavenue will not take responsibility and will not issue any sort of a refund.
